Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed before 11:30 AM CST will be processed the same day.

Orders placed after 11:30 AM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Processing time is not included in the total shipping time.

Shipping Time

Orders ship via USPS Ground.

Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after processing.

Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Free Shipping

Orders over $50.00 qualify for free standard shipping (after discounts and before taxes).

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
This email contains your tracking number(s). Tracking will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Damages & Lost Packages

Oberto Snacks Inc. is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Please take photos of the package and items.
2. Contact us within 48 hours via our contact us with your order number.

We will assist with replacements or claims with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address results in a lost or returned package, additional shipping fees may apply.
