Oberto Super Salami U-1918 races the Oberto Vintage U-8 boa

Engines roared, water splashed and the crowd cheered as Oberto Specialty Meats new Oberto Super Salami U-1918 joined its Oberto Vintage U-8 boat on Lake Washington for some speed laps in preparation of the big Seafair race. Meanwhile, everyone on shore was treated to new Oberto grilled sausages (Hot Links, Italian and Classic recipes),  jerky and charcuterie to celebrate the 101-year-old brand’s relaunch and return to the deli aisle.
